Community Portal Log-In for New Students
The College Prep "Community Portal" is our internal school communication and data-sharing system. Students log into the "Community Portal" to do course selections, see progress reports, and report cards as well as see their daily schedules. Every student has their own unique student community portal page.
To begin the course selection process. You will need to log into the Community Portal using your college prep email address as your username.
How to figure out your college prep email address
Use your first initial and last name (including hyphens), then append
@college-prep.org
For example, the name, Bart Simpson
bsimpson@college-prep.org
Once you have figured out your email address from the step above, Log into the "Community Portal"
You will be presented with a login page that looks like the one below
For the default password use
"Cougars2024!"
After entering the password click on “Sign In”
The system should log you in. Once you are logged in, you should see your name on the top right hand corner of the page. See image below. That will show that you have successfully logged into your student community portal page.
